How do I enter Cape Verde without a visa?

Since 1st January 2019Cape Verde has introduced registration for citizens of most European and African countries. Pre-arrival registration can easily be done online using the EASE form. The process is quick and easy. All you need to do is enter your passport details, flight information and details of your stay.

Pre-arrival registration is a single entry document valid for a stay of 30 days in the country. It should be noted that children under the age of 2 are exempt from the registration requirement. However, this document is not a visa but the payment of an airport tax. Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required in addition to the EASE payment.
